About The Position

The Global Support Team Representative will be responsible for answering incoming tickets via email regarding the status of equipment returns. This role involves creating RMA's, return shipping labels, and closing cases for all global customers, specifically those in India and Brazil.

Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Experience navigating multiple systems at a time

Responsibilities
