Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business or Finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.
  • Embraced the power of AI.
  • Strong communicator who can engage effectively with internal partners, clients, and vendors across a global environment.
  • Sharp analytical skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented.
  • Ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful trends and insights.

  • Familiarity with Capital Markets products, processes, and systems.
  • Background in a Research or Sales and Trading support environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage strategic initiatives on behalf of senior management.
  • Conduct data management, financial tracking, and analysis for the Global Research Department.
  • Develop and produce analytics for senior leadership.
  • Generate ad hoc reports for management, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Regularly collaborate with a broad range of internal teams — including QTS, Marketing, Sales & Trading, Procurement, Market Data, and Compliance — as well as external clients and vendors.
