About The Position

This role supports Church Public Affairs and Reputation Management, helping lead the Church’s global efforts to understand, influence, and strengthen its reputation across media, digital platforms, and public discourse. The position understands social listening, influencer engagement, digital strategy, and rapid response communications, and is able to work with and present to the highest levels of Church leadership. The role exists to strengthen trust and understanding of the Church worldwide, anticipate and respond to reputation risks and opportunities, and build and manage strategic relationships that influence public perception. Represent the Church with clarity, accuracy, and Christlike tone in complex or sensitive situations. From the IT professional who develops an app that sends the gospel message worldwide, to the facilities manager who maintains our buildings— giving Church members places to worship, teach, learn, and receive sacred ordinances—our employees seek innovative ways to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the world.
