About The Position

The Red Team Analyst supports MUFG Red Team operations by carrying out adversary-emulation activities focused on AI-enabled technologies. The role is intended for early-career professionals with a computer science background and practical coding experience who will develop offensive security skills while helping reduce enterprise risk. Under the direction of senior operators, the analyst participates in threat-led assessments, AI security testing, and purple team exercises to identify how real-world adversaries could exploit application logic, automation pipelines, and AI-assisted capabilities. The role also contributes to the development and operationalization of custom ML/LLM models for cybersecurity use cases, applies AI innovation to preventative, detective, and responsive security controls, and evaluates emerging AI capabilities to advance predictive and proactive threat response. The position works at an MUFG office or client site four days per week and remotely one day per week.
