Responsibilities
- Lead corporate Real Estate process
- Develop real estate strategy
- Define and optimize space requirements
- Design workplace strategies
- Oversee site selection, negotiation, tenant improvements
- Oversee a team of worldclass RE professionals
- Manage flawless execution of RE strategy
- Manage third-party suppliers to ensure delivery
- Interface with Government and regulatory entities
- Communicate with all levels of business leaders
