About The Position

The Global Real Estate and Facilities Operations role provides end-to-end leadership and accountability for all workplace, facilities, and real estate activities globally, while serving as the hands-on facilities operations lead for the DFW headquarters. This role sets the global standard for facilities and workplace experience, while ensuring day-to-day execution, employee experience and safety, and site operations are delivered seamlessly and consistently at the local level.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all global facilities, real estate, and connected operations, including landlords, vendors, executive team, and site leadership.
  • Lead and collaborate across a network of global facilities support resources (local office administrators and/or site contacts), establishing clear expectations, support models, and service standards.
  • Provide strong leadership to ensure consistent service delivery, communication, and employee experience across all locations.
  • Own global budget planning for facilities and real estate, including quarterly forecasting, cost optimization, and spend tracking.
  • Establish and manage all real estate, facilities, and Health & Safety vendors, including: Identifying new, negotiating, approving and/or renewing contracts, Driving consistency, efficiency, and cost optimization across sites, Ensure appropriate service levels and performance standards, Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
  • Partner with Site Leaders to ensure consistent employee experience and global alignment across all locations.
  • Support office expansions, openings, and transitions, ensuring scalable and repeatable processes.
  • Own and lead global Health & Safety programs, including: Understand regional requirements and key acts, Oversee vendors and policy implementation (including questionnaires, training, and communication), Issue identification and resolution, Coordinate with leadership and escalate appropriately on safety-related matters.
  • Own and execute day-to-day activities for the DFW office, ensuring a safe, clean, functional, and welcoming environment.
  • Serve as primary point of contact and company representative for building management / property management, building security.
  • Manage and submit tenant portal requests (engineering, maintenance repairs, environmental conditions, and facility-related issues), ensuring timely resolution and high building reliability and uptime.
  • Support on-site events and meetings where building coordination is required (request for meeting space, security, or 3rd party resources on-site).
  • Partner with Employee Experience team to support in-office culture initiatives, including events, workplace programs, and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with Internal Comms on local and site-specific communications.
  • Manage mail distribution, shipments, and deliveries, including in-person deliveries.
  • Define and enforce visitor policy and experience, including management of surprise and scheduled guests.
  • Lead physical security programs, including: Identify and train fire wardens, Document and share emergency preparedness and disaster recovery procedures, Ensure real-time compliance across all environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements (including planned fire drills).
  • Manage access controls ecosystem, including: Ensure consistent access to suite, building, garage, and other amenities, Request new or replacement badges, Deactivate badges for lost, damaged, or terminated employees, Log badge issues with building management.
  • Oversee space management and planning, including: Workstation assignments, Office moves and reconfigurations, Meeting space and common areas cleanliness and readiness, Furniture moves and general workplace setup.
  • Partner with Global IT Operations to support technology needs, including: Network, Wi-Fi, and connectivity reliability, Office equipment and accessories (printers, desktop accessories, shared equipment, etc.), Issue resolution and escalations.
  • Ensure availability and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and amenities, including: Kitchen and pantry equipment and supplies, Office and mailroom supplies, Wellness Room and ancillary storage, equipment, and supplies (including AED and safety-related assets).
