About The Position

This position is responsible for managing complex, high-priority programs that are strategically aligned with key objectives while overseeing day-to-day project execution and ensuring project deadlines are met. You will be accountable for driving continuous improvement and innovation across the program while managing multiple interrelated project streams as part of an overarching program supporting the Global Real Estate & Facilities team's mission to provide safe, sustainable, and efficient work environments to accommodate growth and enable employees to innovate and delight customers. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by ensuring projects are tightly aligned with the organization's overall strategic priorities and business objectives, collaborating with executive stakeholders to understand the organization's long-term vision and translate it into cohesive program plans, and maintaining JLL's reputation for excellence in corporate real estate services through seamless project management and strategic program delivery.

Requirements

5+ years experience in managing global strategic programs and projects ideally in real estate and facilities where deliverables impact customers, operational teams and processes
Ability to work on multi-workstream programs while managing operational teams across different geographies
Track record of serving as trusted strategic partner to senior executives
Ability to operate in global environment by understanding culture, building trust and engaging with team members that may share different perspectives
Strategic thinking skills with ability to align projects with organizational priorities, drive innovation and competitive advantage, and translate business objectives into actionable plans
Proven project management skills handling complex, multi-stream programs, establishing governance structures, and maintaining program health through risk mitigation and corrective actions
Excellent level of English is mandatory with candidate being confident, articulate, and persuasive speaker
Excellent computer skills and experience working with Asana, Smartsheets, Workdocs, Quip, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Proven team leadership experience building and leading high-performing teams, coaching project managers and team members, and promoting accountability and collaboration
Strong business acumen with industry knowledge, ability to evaluate program impact on organizational growth, and adapt strategies to changing business needs
Technical proficiency in project management methodologies and tools with understanding in technical project aspects and data-driven analysis capabilities
Change management expertise with ability to develop and execute strategies while navigating organizational dynamics and facilitating process adoption
Additional languages beyond English
Experience ensuring programs of projects not only meet deadlines but also drive continuous improvement and innovation
Background continuously evaluating program's impact on organization's competitive position and long-term growth
Understanding of recommending strategic adjustments to programs based on changing business needs and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

Ensure projects are tightly aligned with the organization's overall strategic priorities and business objectives while collaborating with executive stakeholders to understand the organization's long-term vision and translate it into cohesive program plans
Proactively identify opportunities for projects to drive innovation and competitive advantage while managing complex, multi-stream projects with the highest level of organizational priority
Coordinate work of cross-functional teams including other project managers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders
Establish and maintain clear project governance structures including decision-making processes and escalation procedures
Monitor program progress while identifying and mitigating risks and implementing appropriate corrective actions
Implement processes and tools to drive continuous improvement across the program while analyzing project performance data and identifying areas for process optimization and operational efficiency
Champion a culture of innovation and encourage team members to propose new ideas and solutions
Effectively communicate program status, risks, and issues to executive stakeholders and key decision-makers
Manage expectations of diverse stakeholder groups including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and drive desired outcomes.
