The Project Manager II will support the planning, coordination, and execution of NeuroGAP/Stanley Global research and implementation activities within the NeuroGAP (Neuropsychiatric Genetics of African Populations) Program and Koenen Lab. The position plays a central role in managing research workflows, coordinating participant recruitment and sample tracking, and driving standardization and efficiency across research sites and partners. The role requires international travel of at least 25% per year. Reporting to the Director, Operations and collaborating closely with scientific, technical, and country leads, the ideal candidate brings a strong background in research and development along with the organizational and strategic skills needed to manage complex, multi-partner neuropsychiatric research projects. This role requires hands-on engagement with scientific processes and operational systems, with a primary focus on project management, coordination, and scientific validation rather than direct bench work.
