About The Position

The Global Program Manager is responsible to ensure key client projects are conducted in accordance with Catalent policies, meet client specifications and are delivered on time and within budget. The Global Program Manager has overall responsibility and accountability for providing Program Leadership and proactive Client Relationship management to a client or group of clients as appropriate ensuring appropriate communication, business engagement, implementation and service delivery to enable retention, growth and long-term business partnerships. Our Bridgewater location is the corporate office for Catalent.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, required
  • Minimum five years’ experience of Project Management Leadership in a commercial environment, required
  • Previous experience of team management and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or equivalent, highly preferred
  • Strong scientific and technical knowledge in Pharmaceutical Development and Manufacturing, preferred
  • Detailed knowledge in one or more of the following areas: formulation development, analytical development, pharmaceutical production, quality control/assurance, or regulatory CMC documentation, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manages and leads strategic operational aspects of projects / programs with the client and project management teams to ensure timely, coordinated risk mitigated delivery of projects and services.
  • Plans, analyzes and assesses client business potential and commercial proposals working in partnership with Business Development teams, including assisting with the formulation of plans for growth and utilizing the Super-Highway.
  • Provides senior level consultation and support both within the business and to the client to continually provide service improvements.
  • Leads Customer Excellence initiatives and anticipates, understands, and responds to the needs of clients by acting as the “Voice of the Customer” catalyst in the organization.
  • Reviews high level client and program budget vs. actual performance and associated actions; Assists in revenue collection where required.
  • Sets priorities, monitors progress towards goals, and tracks key details. Reports progress as required.
  • Applies appropriate rationale and effective communication skills that will be able to influence key decisions and lead constructive debate on challenging topics across multi-site projects / programs.
  • Demonstrates and promotes the company vision and values.
  • Constantly strives to develop and support a culture of continuous improvement whereby we seek to improve operations, streamline work processes, decrease turnaround times and improve quality.
  • Ensures that all work is conducted in responsible and safe manner in accordance with Catalent Health and Safety policies and ensure that all Health and Safety considerations are appropriately documented.
