About The Position

The Global Product Manager plays a critical role in driving the growth and delivery of global commercial card programs for multinational clients. This individual serves as a subject matter expert and solution translator, partnering across Product, Sales, Implementation, Risk, and Legal teams to deliver client-ready solutions that are both competitive and operationally sound. This role is highly collaborative and client-facing, with a strong focus on complex RFPs, executive presentations, and global deal support. Success requires strong business acumen, executive communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity across regions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support global corporate payment sales & RFPs – Lead and support complex global RFPs and client proposals by gathering inputs, validating product capabilities, and developing accurate, scalable responses
  • Translate product into client solutions – Act as a liaison between product teams and client-facing teams, converting complex capabilities into clear, actionable solutions
  • Develop & deliver client presentations – Build and deliver executive-level presentations for global prospects and clients
  • Partner across cross-functional stakeholders – Collaborate with sales, implementation, credit, legal, and risk teams to align on solution design and execution
  • Support global program execution – Coordinate inputs, dependencies, and feasibility considerations across global implementations
  • Solve complex, multi-region client challenges – Structure solutions that balance client needs, product capabilities, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain product content & tools – Ensure global RFP databases, product collateral, and client materials remain current and aligned
