About The Position

Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. By combining advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing, we are reinventing how America produces its most critical parts. We’re accelerating our mission with the launch of Factory 3 in Mesa, Arizona, a 290,000-square-foot facility creating 350 new jobs. We are expanding rapidly to support thousands of future hires, launching Hadrian Maritime to expand into naval production, and introducing a Factory-as-a-Service model that delivers complete systems instead of individual parts. The Global Product role drives manufacturing capability and platform development across Hadrian. We work externally with customers and internally with leads across Hadrian's programs, platforms, and capabilities to build our cross-company roadmap. In this role you will both set strategy and personally drive execution to ensure we deliver outcomes. This is a senior, technical role with high autonomy and accountability, reporting directly to the VP of Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Technical depth in at least one of Hadrian's core domains (advanced manufacturing, hardware, or technology), with the range and curiosity to build fluency in others.
• Systems-level thinking to understand competing opportunities, constraints, and downstream consequences of decisions.
• Ability to influence and navigate organizations, building trust and credibility across teams without formal management.
• Strong product taste and judgment, with the ability to weigh customer demand, factory-floor reality, and company direction to make prioritization calls.
• A bias toward driving outcomes, setting strategy, building plans, running cross-functional efforts, and keeping commitments.
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership across complex hardware and software systems.
• Deep mission alignment and motivation to rebuild America’s industrial base.
• U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Responsibilities

• Embed directly with customers and program teams to understand program success factors, support program scoping, and identify capability gaps.
• Own and evolve the product roadmap for the company, deciding which manufacturing and platform capabilities Hadrian builds next and in what order, considering program/customer needs and proactive development.
• Drive delivery across the business by making prioritization and resourcing calls when demands compete, ensuring all teams move toward the same result.
• Turn process into products by building internal tools for planning and execution tracking, such as Nexus.
• Take new products from zero to one, building the business case, shaping the product, and driving its creation.
• Proactively identify emerging risks and opportunities across teams before they are formally escalated.
• Stay plugged in across teams to spot emerging risks and opportunities before they're formally escalated — a resourcing gap forming in one area, a capability need surfacing before a program is even scoped.
• Sit with enterprise customers on their hardest programs, scope what it will take, and translate customer needs into requirements for internal teams.
