About The Position

The Global Product Manager is responsible for the product strategy, development, and performance of a portfolio segment of the Stifle Joint Replacement portfolio. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, analyzes market and customer insights, and works to optimize product performance to deliver impactful solutions and achieve business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in product management of medical technology or 8+ years of related medtech experience in sales, biomedical engineering, or orthopedic implant technology.
  • Ability to work with cadaveric specimens (veterinary) in an operating room or lab setting
  • Familiarity with joint replacement technologies (human or veterinary) and their clinical use.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent skills for presentation, written communication, and verbal communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel, including internationally (approx. 30%).
  • Commercial acumen – ability to connect product features with customer value and sales impact.
  • Training & enablement – experience developing programs that make complex solutions easy to understand and sell.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications required.
  • Strategic thinking – sees the bigger picture, anticipates future needs, and plans accordingly.
  • Execution focus – delivers results, keeps projects on track, and ensures teams are aligned.
  • Collaboration – works effectively across functions, cultures, and geographies.
  • Communication – confident presenter, clear writer, and strong interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Veterinary or animal health industry experience.
  • Demonstrated success in launching products and building commercial readiness programs.
  • Experience in global roles, coordinating across markets and functions.
  • Degree in business, engineering, or life sciences; MBA/Masters a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategies, positioning, and go-to-market plans to drive market success and business growth of existing and new product lines.
  • Drive product development projects, product launches, and portfolio optimization work to ensure long-term success.
  • Develop subject matter expertise for Movora’s systems in the assigned portfolio segment.
  • Build content for creation of marketing materials for the product line (such as selling, medical education, web).
  • Support industry conferences and sales training.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Marketing Communications, Education, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to provide technical expertise, training, and support to align product initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Advance assigned projects through Movora’s product development process.
  • Contribute to a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and improving patient outcomes.
  • Gather feedback from customers, KOLs, and sales teams for the development and continuous improvement of implants and systems and to refine go-to-market strategies for Movora products.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Lead pricing strategies, sales forecasting, and performance tracking to enhance revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
