We are seeking a dynamic, customer centric marketing professional to join our Launch Excellence team within Robotic Surgical Technologies (RST). This role is accountable for owning the commercial readiness of assigned products and ensuring successful, customer focused launches from development through market adoption. As the marketing core team member, you will partner cross functionally with R&D, PMO , Sales, Clinical, Operations, Training, Quality, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure all commercial deliverables are aligned, complete, and executed with customer experience at the center. This role leads and supports multiple new product launches by developing global commercial plans, enabling regions to localize execution, and driving clarity, accountability, and rigor across the core team. This role is onsite 4 days per week and can be based alongside team members in Boston, MA, North Haven, CT, Lafayette, CO or Mounds View, MN.
