About The Position

This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career. As a Global Product Management Analyst for Meguiar’s, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Managing the product lifecycle across launch, growth, maturity, renovation, and phase-out, ensuring alignment with retailer reset calendars, pack-price architecture, and promotional strategies to deliver financial and strategic targets. Updating SKUs and artwork to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements Executing the new product roadmap by partnering with R&D, supply chain, finance, marketing communications, and area commercial teams to bring innovations to market on time, on cost, and on quality, while meeting Stage-Gate requirements and retailer acceptance criteria. Optimizing portfolio performance and leading corrective actions as needed, including pricing, SKU mix, margin management, and trade spend effectiveness, leveraging syndicated data, POS analytics, and shopper insights to guide decisions. Translating customer, consumer, and market insights into actionable product decisions, refining packaging, claims, positioning, and promotional support to win at point-of-sale and digital shelf. Developing product business cases and forecasts using elasticity analysis, price/mix modeling, and demand planning tools to inform investment decisions and prioritize resources across channels and packs. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Six (6) years of data and reporting analytics experience in Marketing, New Product Commercialization, Sales, and/or Business in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or graduate degree from an accredited university, with focus on marketing, strategy, business development, and/or innovation
  • Previous experience working in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry
  • Previous experience working in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge or experience in mass retail, online, and/or other consumer channels
  • Knowledge and interest in cars and consumer behaviors and trends in auto appearance
  • Demonstrated success leading projects and cross functional teams to create winning solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret various data and drive to decisions
  • Familiarity with AI-based tools
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience with the theories and practices of one or more disciplines such as: market research, channel marketing, business/market development, branding, new product development, marketing communications or sales.
