Drives value gap expansion in the global market through the management and product development for the respective product line or product segment. Aligns new products to Global Product Line strategy, customer requirements, and market needs to optimize financial returns. Consistently reviews product and service offerings globally for assigned product lines to optimize profitability by relaunching, discontinuing, consolidating, or grouping products that optimize the portfolio offering. Accountable for the review and development of business cases on all product investments, ensuring they are within approved and established criteria, and that pricing and value are maximized and in line with corporate objectives. Accountable to report on product performance lookbacks to ensure objectives were met or exceeded on product investments. Evaluates product offerings across other product lines to provide potential cross-product line products that can provide value to customers.
