About The Position

At Schneider Electric, we are committed to solving real-world energy and industrial challenges to create a more sustainable, digital and efficient future. This role sits at the heart of the organization, at the interface between industrialization and manufacturing, offering a unique position to influence both production system design and operational performance at global scale. Reporting to the Global VP Industrialization, you will hold a highly strategic and transversal position at Group level. Your mission is to embed Lean Manufacturing and 3P (Production Process Preparation) principles at the earliest stages of product and process design — before CAPEX commitment — to deliver simple, flexible and high-performance industrial systems.
