About The Position

Hasbro is accepting applications for anticipated Spring 2027 Supply Chain Co-op opportunities in Global Supply Planning and Trade Compliance, based in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a general application for multiple possible projects, not a single vacancy. Projects are confirmed on a rolling basis, and applicants whose profiles align with a project may be contacted by a recruiter. Applying does not guarantee an interview or placement. Depending on confirmed projects and business needs, the co-op may support Global Supply Planning or Trade Compliance within Global Logistics. Global Supply Planning matches global supply to demand across Hasbro’s 40+ business units and 25+ warehouses using SAP IBP and SAP ERP. Trade Compliance supports customs and trade compliance for imports and exports, working with transportation providers, customs brokers, vendors and affiliate markets. Potential work includes evaluating constrained supply and developing supply plans; procuring finished goods and helping reduce excess inventory; resolving supply challenges with cross-functional teams; maintaining SAP master data; assisting with tariff classification, export compliance, audits and denied-party screening; analyzing duty spend and tariffs; and supporting continuous-improvement and project-management efforts. The co-op runs from January through July 2027 and is full-time at 40 hours per week. Most co-ops use a hybrid schedule with three office days per week, though some roles may require five onsite days. Project-specific details, including schedule and pay, will be shared before interviews. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited university degree program and remain enrolled for at least one academic term after completing the co-op. They must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available. The position is based in Boston, Massachusetts. The listed pay range is $25–$35 USD; hiring pay varies based on factors including experience, skills, location and market conditions. Employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives.
