About The Position

As a Global Paid Search Manager, you will own the end-to-end paid search strategy across global markets. You will deploy AI agents, MCP server integrations, and LLM-powered workflows to drive pipeline growth at scale. This means replacing manual processes with intelligent automation across bid management, keyword strategy, and creative testing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in SEM or performance marketing, managing multi-million dollar budgets with measurable pipeline impact
  • 1-2 years of hands-on AI fluency in a paid search or performance marketing context
  • Operational experience with Claude Enterprise, Gemini for Ads, or Performance Max AI in day-to-day workflows
  • Familiarity with Google Ads MCP server or agent-based campaign management approaches
  • Proven use of AI agents for bid automation, creative testing at scale, or keyword strategy
  • Deep experience with enterprise B2B SaaS and full-funnel visibility led to closed-won
  • Fluent in Salesforce, Tableau or Looker, offline conversion tracking, and enhanced conversions for leads
  • Strong analytical foundation: bid modeling, forecasting, and attribution
  • Home base in NYC or on the east coast

  • Experience building AI-powered creative and copy testing systems at scale
  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution (MTA), MMM, or incrementality testing
  • Knowledge of paid/organic alignment strategies
  • Strong platform relationships with Google and Microsoft for beta access and co-marketing

Responsibilities

  • Set the global paid search vision across mid-market and enterprise segments, with AI-augmented workflows built into every layer
  • Use Google Ads MCP server integrations to automate campaign management, surface insights, and act on signals faster than manual workflows allow
  • Deploy AI agents for automated bid adjustments, budget pacing, and anomaly detection across Google and Microsoft Ads
  • Use Claude Enterprise, Gemini for Ads, and Performance Max AI for keyword research, match type analysis, negative keyword mining, and query categorization
  • Build and scale AI-generated ad copy and creative testing frameworks — structured, hypothesis-driven, and continuous
  • Drive bid strategy through AI-powered models, value-based bidding (VBB), and audience signals (RLSA, Customer Match, CRM-based targeting)
  • Develop SEM playbooks that embed AI into every repeatable workflow, from campaign builds to performance reporting
  • Partner with Analytics and Data teams to ensure end-to-end visibility into ROI, pipeline contribution, and attribution across campaigns
  • Own annual and quarterly budget planning, pacing, and forecasting
  • Close the loop between ad spend and pipeline contribution, from first click to closed-won, in partnership with Analytics
  • Maintain campaign hygiene: naming conventions, UTM governance, conversion imports, and offline event tracking
  • Stay ahead of platform AI betas and algorithm updates through direct relationships with Google and Microsoft reps
