About The Position

The Global Outreach Director leads the strategy and project management for Timberlake Church’s global outreach trips. Based at the Redmond location and working alongside the Adult Ministries team, this role mobilizes people from across the church to serve with trusted global partners and ensures each trip is well led, growing, and aligned with the church’s mission and culture. The position also oversees administration and logistics for the Timberlake Groups system. The director must be willing to travel internationally with trip teams and make Timberlake their church home.

• Be a strong project manager who manages details, timelines, and logistics while remaining attentive to people.
• Be able to galvanize and develop volunteers.
• Work hard and be outcome-driven.
• Be able and willing to travel internationally with trip teams.
• Be willing to make Timberlake Church a church home.
• Be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; the employer is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and leadership for spring and summer global outreach trips.
• Lead global outreach trips through the church’s groups system.
• Build and nurture relationships with approved global partners to support impact and engagement.
• Recruit, develop, and care for trip leaders and volunteers.
• Handle administration and logistics for the Timberlake Groups system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
