About The Position

The 2027 Global Operations Leadership Development Program (GOLD) offers recent university graduates and early-in-career professionals a structured path to accelerate their career growth. This two-and-a-half-year program combines challenging work rotations with comprehensive classroom and online training, aiming to develop the next generation of leaders within Johnson & Johnson's end-to-end global supply chain functions. Functional areas include operations, procurement, quality, planning, customer and logistics services, project and process engineering, facilities engineering, and quality technical support. Participants will gain multi-functional work experience, a virtual curriculum, and action learning to build leadership skills and career paths. The program fosters an ambitious, collaborative environment within small-company settings while leveraging the resources and opportunities of a global healthcare leader.

Requirements

Permanent (now and in the future) US work authorization (The company does not provide sponsorship for employment visa status).
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college in a supply chain, business administration, business management, data science or engineering.
Bachelor's degree earned between December 2022 – June 2027.
Academic achievement as proven by an overall cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher (GPA requirement may be waived for internal, full-time J&J employees with a demonstrated record of high performance).
An interest in exploring multifunctional assignments across a global supply chain.
A minimum of 4 months professional experience in a relevant business area by December 31, 2026 (inclusive of co-op, internship, post-graduate and military employment).
Areas of experience include but are not limited to supply chain, operations, logistics, engineering, quality, data analytics, information systems, R&D, or another directly related field.
US Geographic flexibility over the course of the GOLD Program, up to and including final placement upon graduation from the program.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate a working knowledge of how the different global supply chain functions of Johnson & Johnson connect to support the business and customers.
Gain valuable experiences across the global end-to-end supply chain.
Participate in the planning, production, and distribution of products and services.
Maintain or improve manufacturing operational cost, efficiency, capacity, and compliance.
Collaborate with internal customers and external vendors to drive key business decisions and outcomes.
Learn about designing or redesigning new products.
Maintain quality and regulatory compliance.
Understand the impact of the business on the customer experience.
Keep the customer at the center of everything.
Demonstrate the ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and platforms to meet evolving project needs.
