Global Operations Analyst

LumaryDenver, CO
Hybrid

About The Position

This is a Global Operations Analyst role with a primary focus on IT Operations support across the business, extending our IT coverage closer to follow-the-sun and keeping our shared Salesforce environment clean and well-documented. Based in Denver, you’ll also be the go-to person for practical office logistics on the days the team is in. As an Operations Analyst, you will be the engine behind the day-to-day business-as-usual activities that keep our operations running smoothly, globally and locally. You will own the execution, the hands-on, manual steps that make each process actually happen. Direction, prioritization, and process oversight will come from your manager and from the functional leads you support; your job is to take the ball and run with it. This is a role for someone who is naturally organized, comfortable context-switching between IT, HR, and systems work, and doesn’t need everything handed to them on a plate. Reports to: Senior Director, Partnerships, Integrations & Ecosystems. Works closely with: The Senior IT Manager in Adelaide on global IT priorities, and the US Director of Operations on identifying and delivering opportunities to improve the Salesforce platform in Australia. Day-to-day priorities are set collaboratively.
