About The Position

The Global Operational Data & Performance Sr. Analyst serves as the central data, analytics, and reporting resource for a global sustainability operations team. This role develops analytical frameworks that enable teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC to operate from a shared, trustworthy source of truth, replacing fragmented, reactive approaches with transparent, measurable, and proactive decision-making. You will serve as the primary point of contact for ad hoc and recurring analytic requests from regional stakeholders, translating raw data into clear, decision-ready insights. You will integrate multiple data sets including audit results, energy and water performance metrics, maintenance data, and survey responses into a unified analytical framework that surfaces cross-portfolio patterns, correlations, and at-risk sites that no single data stream could reveal on its own. This role requires you to establish consistent, measurable evaluation criteria across regions so that performance is comparable and gaps are identifiable at a global level, build initial statistical models to test defined hypotheses, and maintain global dashboards and portfolio statistics ensuring regional teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC are aligned and reporting consistently.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex, multi-source data into clear, decision-ready insights
  • Experience managing ad hoc and recurring analytic requests from multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and dashboard development
  • Ability to integrate multiple data sets into unified analytical frameworks
  • Strong communication skills with ability to deliver executive-ready briefings and reports
  • Experience working across multiple regions and accounting for regional differences in operations and reporting structures
  • Ability to manage intake and prioritization of requests while balancing strategic project work.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, business analytics, environmental science, or related field
  • Experience in sustainability operations, facilities management, or corporate real estate analytics
  • Track record building predictive analytics and statistical models
  • Experience with energy and water performance metrics, maintenance data, and audit results
  • Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and regulations across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions
  • Proficiency in building self-service analytics solutions including dashboards, templates, and standard reports
  • Experience coordinating with external partners on analytical model expansion
  • Background in portfolio management and global dashboard maintenance
  • Strong understanding of operations, regulations, and reporting structures across multiple geographic regions
  • Ability to identify cross-portfolio patterns, correlations, and at-risk sites through data integration
  • Experience establishing consistent, measurable evaluation criteria for performance comparison across regions
  • Advanced skills in data visualization and presentation tools
  • Background surfacing bottlenecks and progress in real-time reporting environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to analytics resource for AMER, EMEA, and APAC regional teams, fielding, triaging, and delivering on ad hoc and recurring analytic data requests across sustainability, operations, and facilities management
  • Translate complex, multi-source data into clear, concise deliverables including summary reports, data pulls, trend analyses, benchmarking comparisons, and executive-ready briefings tailored to the requesting audience
  • Manage intake and prioritization of analytic requests to balance responsiveness with strategic project work, maintaining a transparent backlog so stakeholders have visibility into timelines and status
  • Proactively identify recurring request patterns and build scalable self-service solutions such as dashboards, templates, and standard reports that reduce dependency on manual fulfillment over time
  • Partner with regional leads to understand local context and data nuances, ensuring that global analyses account for regional differences in operations, regulations, and reporting structures
  • Integrate multiple data sets including audit results, energy and water performance metrics, maintenance data, and survey responses into a unified analytical framework
  • Build initial statistical models to test defined hypotheses, such as whether indoor environmental quality data predicts maintenance volume or whether energy performance correlates with operational scores
  • Maintain global dashboards and portfolio statistics, surfacing progress and bottlenecks in real time so leadership can see where things stand without waiting for manual updates.
