About The Position
The Global Oncology Commercial Finance Team at Takeda partners closely with the commercial business unit to drive financial planning, analysis, and decision support for its oncology portfolio. The team supports accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and resource allocation across brands and functions. Working cross-functionally with medical, marketing, market access, and strategy, the team helps optimize investments, evaluate launch readiness, and support strong business execution. With new indications and launches underway, this is a dynamic environment offering high visibility, impact, and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Support financial planning, analysis, and decision support for the oncology portfolio.
- Help ensure accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and resource allocation across brands and functions.
- Work cross-functionally with medical, marketing, market access, and strategy to optimize investments, evaluate launch readiness, and support business execution.
