The Global Mobility Specialist is responsible for coordinating and supporting Nidec’s global mobility programs and international assignments, with a primary focus on facilitating employee relocations into the United States. This role supports end‑to‑end mobility processes, including immigration and visa coordination, relocation logistics, compensation and benefits administration, and tax and compliance matters related to international assignments. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and collaborative, with a strong interest in global mobility, cross‑border employment matters, and supporting a positive employee experience throughout the assignment lifecycle.
