About The Position

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive specialist who combines experience in IT recruitment with strong knowledge of global mobility and people operations processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across recruitment, international hiring, relocation coordination, migration processes, and contractor operations while acting as a trusted partner for both candidates and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing full-cycle IT recruitment processes while also supporting international hires and employee/contractor mobility operations, particularly within Poland and the broader EMEA region.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-cycle IT recruitment
  • Experience in sourcing technical candidates independently
  • Strong knowledge of Polish hiring processes and employment/legalization procedures
  • Experience supporting migration, relocation, or global mobility processes
  • Experience working with B2B contracts and contractor operations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written)
  • Based in Kraków or open to regular presence in Kraków's office

  • Experience supporting EMEA mobility processes
  • Experience in People Operations or HR Operations
  • Knowledge of labor law and contractor compliance topics
  • Experience working in software houses, IT consulting, or outsourcing environments
  • Experience working directly with international clients

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate relocation and mobility processes for international hires and contractors
  • Support migration, legalization, residence permit, and work authorization processes in Poland
  • Cooperate with external legal and relocation partners
  • Prepare and coordinate contracts and onboarding documentation
  • Support B2B contractor operations and compliance-related activities
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of international team members
  • Support internal HR and operational initiatives related to global workforce management
  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage
  • Actively source technical candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
  • Conduct HR and screening interviews
  • Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and clients
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure positive candidate experience
  • Support client-facing recruitment activities and recruitment status reporting
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and business stakeholders
