About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Global Mobility Consulting & Implementation Lead to join our Global Mobility team. This is a highly visible, senior-level role that combines strategic consulting, client advisory services, and implementation leadership. In this role, you'll partner with clients to evaluate and enhance their mobility programs while leading the successful implementation of new clients, complex transitions, and significant program changes. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping organizations navigate evolving workforce mobility challenges through thoughtful analysis, industry expertise, and practical solutions. Success in this position requires the ability to balance big-picture strategy with executional excellence. You'll influence stakeholders across functions, translate complex business needs into scalable solutions, and help shape Cornerstone's future through thought leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive experience in global mobility, relocation, consulting, client implementation, or a related field.
Deep knowledge of global mobility programs, policy design, service delivery models, and industry best practices.
Proven success leading complex consulting engagements, client implementations, transitions, or large-scale program changes.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and build credibility quickly.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate findings into practical recommendations and measurable outcomes.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and organizational complexity.
Exceptional presentation, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong project leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, reporting tools, project management platforms, and business applications.
Experience utilizing data, analytics, and emerging AI tools to improve decision-making and client outcomes.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred.
Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic mobility consulting engagements, including program assessments, policy design, benchmarking studies, and operational reviews.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on mobility trends, market practices, emerging workforce challenges, and program strategy.
Develop executive-level presentations, recommendations, reports, and business cases that translate complex findings into actionable solutions.
Lead the end-to-end implementation of new clients and major program changes, ensuring a seamless transition from planning through stabilization.
Establish implementation strategies, project governance structures, milestones, and accountability frameworks to deliver successful outcomes.
Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to translate program requirements into operationally effective solutions.
Drive alignment across Client Relations, Operations, Finance, Client Accounting, Supply Chain, Reporting, and Technology teams.
Identify risks, dependencies, and critical decisions early and proactively drive resolution.
Lead go-live activities, transition planning, stabilization efforts, and post-implementation reviews.
Act as a senior mobility subject matter expert, supporting internal teams, client discussions, business development initiatives, and proposal efforts.
Leverage data, technology, and AI tools to strengthen client insights, benchmarking capabilities, and consulting deliverables.
Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through research, presentations, industry engagement, webinars, and market insights.
Identify opportunities to standardize processes, improve service delivery, and strengthen Cornerstone's consulting and implementation capabilities.
Build trusted relationships across functions and influence outcomes without direct authority.
