About The Position

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and driven professional to join the Global Operations team within Data, Reporting & Operations Management (DROM) – Tax & Control. This role will support critical tax operations initiatives, regulatory implementations, and cross-functional projects within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Requirements

Strong background in U.S. tax operations or tax-related functions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Experience using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a high-volume environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Partner and collaborate with teams across Global Markets Operations Tax & Control, Global Markets Change, Technology, Global Tax Policy, and Global Tax Compliance.
Support and drive tax-related initiatives and regulatory implementations in partnership with GBAM Tax Change and GBAM Technology teams.
Manage and respond to project-related inquiries, escalations, and operational issues.
Assist with process improvements, reporting initiatives, and operational efficiencies within tax operations functions.
Work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
