As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with major sports and entertainment sponsors. Your role will impact brand visibility and partnership value while ensuring our branding and promotional efforts resonate with diverse audiences. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or 5–10 years of experience in Marketing or Sports Marketing.
  • Outstanding writing and editing skills for effective communication with audiences.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating visually compelling presentations.
  • Strong project management abilities with a track record of handling multiple assignments.
  • Business partnership mindset with curiosity and the ability to develop business acumen.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time, including weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major sports and entertainment sponsorships, including NASCAR and Formula 1.
  • Manage and nurture key relationships to maximize partnership value and brand impact.
  • Lead the activation and optimization of all contracted sponsorship assets, such as VIP experiences and social media content.
  • Ensure all partner environments are outfitted with company products, maintaining brand exclusivity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful promotions, events, and campaigns.
  • Support event planning and execution, including hosting customers and VIP guests.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators for partnerships, measuring results and ROI.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, including exposure and engagement metrics.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance partnership value and improve processes.
