About The Position

As a Marketing Sponsorship Manager, you’ll be part of our Marketing team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to: Serve as the primary point of contact for major sports and entertainment sponsorships, including NASCAR, Formula 1, motorsports. Manage and nurture key relationships to maximize partnership value and brand impact. Lead the activation and optimization of all contracted sponsorship assets, such as branding, VIP experiences, meet-and-greets, social media content, and special requests. Ensure all partner environments are outfitted with Stanley Black & Decker products, maintaining brand exclusivity. Collaborate with internal brand, B2B, and activation teams to deliver impactful promotions, events, social media campaigns, and philanthropic initiatives. Support event planning and execution, including hosting customers and VIP guests at hospitality experiences. Establish and track key performance indicators for each partnership, working with analytics teams to measure results, ROI, and overall impact. Monitor and report on partnership performance, including exposure, engagement, sales impact, and philanthropic outcomes. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance partnership value and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from an accredited four-year college or university, or 5–10 years of experience in Marketing or Sports Marketing.
  • Outstanding writing and editing skills, with proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively to both internal and external audiences.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and experience creating visually compelling presentations.
  • Strong project management abilities, with a track record of successfully handling multiple assignments from start to finish, on time and within budget.
  • Strong business partnership mindset, with curiosity and the ability to develop business acumen.
  • Travel approximately 40% of the time, including weekends and potential international trips, to oversee partnership activations and events.
