About The Position

We are currently in search of a dynamic, passionate, and skilled Manager, Global Marketing to join Thermon's family. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing marketing strategies within Thermon globally. The role works in coordination and under the direction and alignment with the Sr. Manager, Global Marketing, product teams & communications leadership teams respectively. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Global Marketing, the ideal candidate is a collaborative, committed individual who can translate our solutions, technology and business model into an easy to navigate online experience for our customers, investors and employees.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and/or communications roles, preferably within the industrial settings.
  • Ability to effectively influence and persuade stakeholders or team members to ensure timely and effective task completion.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Demonstrate experience leading and managing websites, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans aligned with Thermon's strategic goals.
  • Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital advertising, and events.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
  • Oversee and manage the company website's functionality, design, content, and SEM/SEO.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure website content reflects Thermon's brand, product offerings, case studies, blogs, and news updates.
  • Track website analytics to optimize user experience and lead generation.
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales goals and product launches.
  • Provide sales teams with marketing collateral, product information, and lead generation tools.
  • Lead teams to help strategize, plan and execute trade shows, webinars, and corporate events.
  • Assist in coordinate logistics, materials, and promotions to ensure successful participation.
  • Manage and lead staff: Oversee day-to-day team operations, provide guidance and support, foster a positive work environment, and ensure staff performance aligns with organizational goals.
  • Manage multiple contract agencies to align with business goals and stay in budget.
  • Manage marketing budget.
  • Other as assigned by management.
