About The Position

StataCorp is seeking a motivated individual to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be fulfilling sponsorship agreements, organizing travel to conferences, and working with the Trade Show Coordinator on our exhibiting logistics.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and job experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Experience in marketing, events, sponsorships, or related roles
  • The ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow projects through to completion
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work MondayThursday 8 a.m.5 p.m.
  • The ability to travel to trade shows as needed in the future

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for sponsorship partners and vendors
  • Assist in researching and evaluating sponsorship opportunities
  • Communicate with sponsorship partners regarding assets, deadlines, and logistics
  • Track sponsor benefits and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled
  • Assist with trade show planning and logistics (registration, booth materials, shipping timelines)
  • Track deadlines and maintain event checklists
  • Coordinate inventory of booth supplies, giveaways, and marketing collateral
  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams as needed
  • Coordinate travel and accommodations for people attending conferences
  • Help prepare preevent email and social media promotions
  • Provide general support to sales and marketing team members on site
  • Assist with postevent email follow-ups and thank-you campaigns
  • Help gather feedback and recap event performance
  • Track expenses and assist with reporting
