About The Position

The Global Marketing Manager for Anti-Adhesion product- Seprafilm will play a critical role in shaping and executing the global brand strategy for one of the most established adhesion agents in the Advanced Surgery portfolio. This individual will be responsible for driving global brand growth, lifecycle management, and strategic alignment across regions, while ensuring strong collaboration with cross-functional and regional partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical/medical device marketing, preferably in a global or regional role.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of surgical hemostasis or biologics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies for Anti-Adhesion product- Seprafilm, aligned with business objectives and regional needs.
  • Lead initiatives to sustain and grow the brands through indication expansion, competitive differentiation, and innovation.
  • Leverage market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, R&D, Market Access, and Commercial teams to ensure aligned execution of brand strategies.
  • Support global launch planning for new indications or geographies, and drive best practice sharing across regions.
  • Partner with Medical and Regional teams to develop global KOL engagement plans and presence at key scientific congresses.
  • Manage global brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI tracking.
