Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Science, or Engineering)
  • 10+ years marketing or related experience
  • 7+ years in healthcare (cardiovascular preferred)
  • Strong influencing and leadership skills
  • Strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and organization skills

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Cardiovascular or medical device market experience
  • Global / cross-cultural environments
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Exposure to advanced materials or water technologies

Responsibilities

  • Lead Market Strategy: Develop and execute global, market-back strategies, Define where to play and how to win, Optimize portfolio and strengthen value propositions, Drive pricing, GTM, and product strategy
  • Drive Growth & Innovation: Turn customer insights into new offerings, Lead product launches and innovation pipeline, Balance near- and mid-term growth priorities, Deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Collaborate Globally: Partner across Product, Supply Chain, R&D, and Quality, Align cross-functional teams to deliver results, Enable agility and execution across regions
  • Own and evolve segment strategy
  • Lead portfolio development and positioning
  • Execute GTM, pricing, and launch plans
  • Identify new applications and growth opportunities
  • Champion customer-centric innovation
  • Improve customer experience and digital enablement
