Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Science, or Engineering)
10+ years marketing or related experience
7+ years in healthcare (cardiovascular preferred)
Strong influencing and leadership skills
Strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset
Excellent communication and organization skills

Responsibilities

Lead Market Strategy: Develop and execute global, market-back strategies, Define where to play and how to win, Optimize portfolio and strengthen value propositions, Drive pricing, GTM, and product strategy.
Drive Growth & Innovation: Turn customer insights into new offerings, Lead product launches and innovation pipeline, Balance near- and mid-term growth priorities, Deliver customer-centric solutions.
Collaborate Globally: Partner across Product, Supply Chain, R&D, and Quality, Align cross-functional teams to deliver results, Enable agility and execution across regions.
Own and evolve segment strategy.
Lead portfolio development and positioning.
Execute GTM, pricing, and launch plans.
Identify new applications and growth opportunities.
Champion customer-centric innovation.
Improve customer experience and digital enablement.
