Global Manufacturing Finance Manager

About The Position

As the Global Manufacturing Finance Manager for Advanced Flex Technologies (AFT), you will provide both strategic and execution-focused financial leadership to the Global Business Finance Leader, with significant focus on cost management, productivity, and accuracy of COGS/COR forecasting. You will be an integral member of the AFT team, providing financial guidance to meet business objectives and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful analysis of business performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA is a plus)
CPA or local equivalent preferred
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards
Experience working with large ERP systems within a multinational organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective team player with the ability to collaborate across international teams and interact at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

Supports financial aspects of the annual PO Plan, Strategy Review, and Execution Review processes in partnership with the Global Business Finance Leader.
Manage monthly forecasting and reporting processes, ensuring high-quality output and strong business alignment.
Ensure integrity of financial results and adherence to corporate financial policies, including SOX compliance.
