About The Position

As Global Lead Partner Delivery Management (m/f/d), you are responsible worldwide for the strategic and operational build-up, management, and continuous development of our Partner Delivery Organization. Together with a Co-Lead, you are responsible for Partner Delivery Support as well as Partner Enablement & Training.

Requirements

Several years of experience leading international teams
Experienced in building up global partner organizations
Deep understanding of IT transformations
Native-level German and English skills

Nice To Haves

SAP experience is a plus
Strong technical understanding
Genuine interest in the technology behind Natuvion DCS
Strategic thinking, strong execution skills, and operational drive

Responsibilities

Global Partner Delivery Management with a focus on Partner Delivery Support
Lead and develop international and distributed teams
Manage the build-up of a scalable international partner support organization
Optimize processes, track KPIs, and introduce governance and service models
Develop a global Partner Support Model for the use of all products in the Natuvion DCS Suite
Provide operational support to strategic partners on complex projects
Work closely with the Product Management, Delivery, Sales, and Partner Management departments
