About The Position

Responsible for managing and expanding assigned key account(s) on an international scale. Lead a team that is responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy for designated key account(s) to maintain and drive business growth and profitability, while meeting corporate objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field.
  • Proven Sales experience; Demonstrated ability to achieve results; Results orientated
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, products and applications
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, develop and grow effective teams which will contribute to the business success
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels internal and external
  • Ability to cultivate, understand and anticipate the needs of the customer, to provide effective solutions and recommendations; Experienced in proactively developing customers
  • Experience in Managing a team
  • Ability to travel 40-60% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies to meet business objectives, focusing on engagement, growth, and long-term partnership.
  • Oversee Sales funnel management.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Act as the bridge between the company and its most important client(s), navigating complex market landscapes and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that address client needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Requires over 50% travel.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Preparing and presenting detailed account performance reports to senior management.
  • Leading contract negotiations and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Supervise, mentor and guide account management teams to achieve their full potential.
