Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in account management within the logistics or automation industry
  • Proven track record of growing revenue and profitability within a large, complex retail or marketplace account.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (supply chain, marketing, finance, product).
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Experience in the robotics, consumer electronics, or hardware industry.
  • Experience managing global or multi-region account portfolios.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for sales and demand forecasting

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end relationship with a major global online retail marketplace partner, serving as the primary point of contact for all commercial matters.
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly joint business plans to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across the account.
  • Lead pricing strategy, budget planning, and inventory forecasting in coordination with internal supply chain, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Analyze account performance data (sales trends, conversion rates, etc) to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, compliance, and account health.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and marketplace policy changes, proactively adjusting strategy as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews (QBRs) to senior leadership, highlighting performance, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalations related to supply chain, compliance, chargebacks, or account performance issues.
