About The Position

KSR International is seeking a Global IT Support professional to join our Information Technology team. This is a full-time, onsite position responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the reliable operation of hardware, software, network infrastructure, Microsoft 365 applications, and enterprise systems across multiple global locations. The successful candidate will troubleshoot end-user issues, support cybersecurity and infrastructure initiatives, and work closely with regional teams and service providers to deliver secure, efficient, consistent IT services in a global manufacturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to technology improvements while supporting users and operations across the organization.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5 years of progressive experience in IT support, service desk, systems administration, network support, or infrastructure support roles.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, hardware, mobile devices, and network connectivity issues.

  • Experience supporting users in a global manufacturing environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, telecommunications, and business applications across global locations.
  • Respond to and resolve IT incidents, service requests, and user issues, escalating complex problems as required.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
  • Support and monitor IT systems, network infrastructure, servers, cloud services, and communications systems.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications, collaboration platforms, and enterprise business systems.
  • Administer user accounts, passwords, and system access in accordance with security requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, and user guides.
  • Support system upgrades, deployments, migrations, maintenance, software updates, and patch management.
  • Support data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Follow cybersecurity policies and controls, supporting security monitoring, vulnerability remediation, and access management.
  • Support compliance with TISAX, customer cybersecurity requirements, organizational standards, and regulatory obligations.
  • Promote information security awareness and best practices throughout the organization.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements, standardization opportunities, and technical solutions.
  • Participate in IT projects, technology rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain IT assets and support lifecycle management activities.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to resolve issues, monitor service performance, and support procurement and deployment activities.
  • Prioritize safety and comply with the Health and Safety Management System.
  • Support risk reduction, hazard identification, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and wellness legislation and KSR standards.
  • Uphold and adhere to the KSR Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
  • Promote the global Environmental Management System with a focus on footprint reduction, recycling, and resource efficiency.
