About The Position

We are seeking an IT Support I professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting users, and working with modern Microsoft technologies in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. This role offers hands-on experience with infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, virtualization, and continuous improvement initiatives while making a meaningful impact on patient lives. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will help ensure that our employees have the technology, systems, and support needed to perform at their best. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, deploy and maintain technology solutions, support cybersecurity and compliance initiatives, and assist with infrastructure projects. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple areas of IT, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, networking, virtualization, cybersecurity, and manufacturing technologies. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure support roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and OSI network concepts
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Windows 11, and PowerShell
  • Cloud Infrastructure experience, preferably in Microsoft 365 & Azure
  • Experience supporting virtualization technologies (VMware preferred) and SAN/NAS storage environments
  • Experience administering and supporting Windows Server environments
  • Basic SQL database administration and query experience
  • Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
