About The Position

As part of the Weave IT Operations Team, this role involves going beyond daily troubleshooting to solve complex challenges and improve corporate systems. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, deeply cares about their impact on others, and approaches problems with an innovative mindset. This position offers the chance to contribute to IT workflows and support the systems that keep the team running. This is an in-office position with a shift from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM.

Requirements

Deep understanding of computer hardware, cloud-based software, and how they interact in a corporate network.
2+ Years of Experience working in an IT environment and comfortable handling high-priority requests.
Ability to confidently navigate and fix issues within Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
Time management skills to balance daily support tickets with long-term hardware projects.
Comfortable lifting equipment and assembling workstations.

Nice To Haves

Enjoy sharing knowledge and can explain complex tech in simple verbal and written terms.
3+ years of experience managing devices through tools like Iru, Jamf, or Airwatch.
Familiarity with managing users within Okta, Google Workspace, or Slack.
Interest in scripting or using tools to make manual work disappear.
Recognize that behind every ticket is a colleague who needs help; patient, approachable, and focused on providing a great experience.

Responsibilities

Resolve complex hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime for teammates.
Manage the lifecycle of employee laptops, from automated deployment to decommissioning.
Maintain in-office tech, including conference room systems, local networking, and shared hardware.
Find innovative ways to automate repetitive tasks and improve inventory and ticketing workflows.
