We're hiring a Global HR Partner to support Digital Americas, Sales & Operations and Global RevOps - two critical engines of commercial performance and growth. This is not a traditional HRBP role. You will partner directly with executive leaders to shape talent, organization, performance, and workforce decisions that enable growth, productivity, and long-term capability building. You will also help embed a new global HR operating model, orchestrating across Centers of Excellence and Regional HR teams to deliver an integrated, scalable people strategy.
