As a Global Head of Organizational Effectiveness, you will design and implement solutions that build results around the organization, ensuring an understanding between business strategy and people initiatives. You will oversee global programs connecting strategy with culture transformation, performance management, inclusion and belonging, organizational design, and workforce capabilities, driving measurable and sustainable growth. You will work with business leaders and HR, being a strategic partner and trusted advisor, while growing our global programs across commercial, operational, innovation, and culture excellence. Meanwhile, you will build future-ready capabilities in skills management, career frameworks, employee value proposition, and AI enablement, providing the organization to adapt to evolving market and talent demands. Based on our Pittsburgh HQ and reporting to the Global Head of Talent, you will help shape organizational performance, effectiveness, and long-term. A relocation package may be offered to the ideal candidate.
