The Global Head of Creative at Ben & Jerry’s is the steward of our brand’s imagination—leading bold, breakthrough creative expression and visual storytelling across all channels, all markets, and internally. This role shapes not only what we create, but how we create it—building and inspiring a creative team, evolving our design processes, and cultivating a dynamic capabilities network that meets the needs of the business today while pushing the boundaries of what’s next. We are seeking a visionary leader with deep expertise in brand stewardship, values-led brand building, and world-class design – someone who can honor our iconic heritage & brand equity while fearlessly driving it forward. This role sits within the Global Integrated Marketing team and works hand in hand with our Digital Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Marketing Innovation teams to meet the creative needs of the business across all global markets. Through your leadership, Ben & Jerry’s creative output will continue to spark joy, stand up for justice, and deepen love for our brand around the world.
