About The Position

This is a strategic, enterprise-wide leader responsible for shaping the global data, analytics and AI vision that will unlock the value of data for the entire organization, accelerating commercial performance, strengthening clients & talents engagement, enabling new monetization opportunities, and supporting high-quality, data-driven decision-making. This leader oversees global data governance, advanced analytics, BI/visualization, data science, and AI, while ensuring insights consistently translate into measurable business outcomes, around the world and across all business units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s in Analytics, Data Science, IT, Economics, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in BI, analytics, data science, or data strategy roles.
  • 5+ years leading global or multi-region analytics teams within a matrixed enterprise.
  • Proven track record enabling revenue teams, supporting GTM strategy, and delivering insights that influence commercial and enterprise outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker) and SQL-based environments.
  • Strong command of data modeling, cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and modern data stacks.
  • Experience with CRM analytics (Salesforce, Dynamics), marketing automation analytics, and pricing tools.
  • Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, statistical modeling, forecasting, and experimentation.
  • Experience implementing scalable MLOps or DevOps frameworks.
  • Executive-level communication with expertise simplifying complex analytics for non-technical audiences.
  • Systems thinker with strong strategic and commercial acumen. Ability to develop business cases.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a unified global BI, data science, AI, and analytics strategy aligned to long-term commercial, talent engagement, and operational objectives.
  • Partner with the C-suite and senior commercial, brand, and function leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable analytics roadmaps.
  • Drive the transformation of analytics maturity across the end-to-end business flow from business insights, through delivery, including marketing, sales & recruitment funnels, etc.
  • Advise executive leadership on emerging AI/ML capabilities, industry trends, and strategic opportunities and ensure the group meets/leads industry best practices.
  • Champion a global culture of data-driven decision-making & innovation.
  • Oversee enterprise dashboards and scorecards covering revenue, pipeline health, commercial productivity, marketing ROI, customer experience, and market trends.
  • Enable sales and revenue-generating teams with insights that optimize targeting, conversion, retention, and account expansion.
  • Lead development of advanced analytics, including customer segmentation, predictive forecasting, propensity models, pricing elasticity, marketing attribution, and client & talent lifetime value.
  • Partner with global sales operations, brands & countries to optimize & align performance reporting, territory design insights, and incentive analytics.
  • Own and optimize the commercial BI technology stack in close partnership with the Technology Team (Power BI, SQL, CRM analytics, marketing analytics platforms).
  • Partner with Data Engineering/IT to maintain scalable, high-quality commercial and enterprise data architecture across CRM, ERP, digital platforms, and market data sources.
  • Evaluate and embed emerging technologies, including AI/ML, generative analytics, automation, and experimentation platforms, into enterprise workflows.
  • Manage data as a strategic asset and operationalize data governance, data quality, and other controls to sustain the integrity of the data in the group.
  • Develop data procedures and policies, and work closely with various departments to collect, prepare, organize, protect, and analyze data assets while ensuring that the company meets industry’s best practices.
  • Ensure that data is democratized and available for all, works to remove silos of data and ensure that the data is properly curated to deliver value added services.
  • Execute data privacy policies and complying with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, China PIPL, Brazil LGPD, and others) in close partnership with Technology, Risk, and Security & Privacy teams.
  • Establish and maintain analytic standards, documentation, and responsible AI practices, aligning with the Office of the CIO
  • Champion ethical AI use and model transparency across the lifecycle.
  • Implement scalable, modern data practices (cloud analytics, MLOps, experimentation frameworks, metadata management).
  • Standardize reporting, dashboards, and predictive models to ensure clarity, consistency, and adoption.
  • Oversee portfolio management for analytics initiatives, ensuring measurable value, speed, and alignment to enterprise priorities.
  • Foster innovation leveraging emerging Big Data and analytics technologies.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a global team of BI developers, data scientists, analytics translators, and insight partners.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and responsible innovation.
  • Establish and lead a global analytics community of practice, encouraging best practice sharing across functions and regions and driving adoption & consistency.
  • Partner with HR to attract, develop, and retain top analytics and data science talent.
  • Serve as the primary analytics advisor to Brands, Operations, and Functions, including Global Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Experience leadership.
  • Build trusted relationships with regional commercial leaders to align insights and analytics with local market dynamics.
  • Translate complex analytics into simple, compelling, and actionable narratives influencing senior leadership decisions.
  • Collaborate with operations and product teams to identify high-value AI/ML use cases and bring them to production.
