Global Head of Advanced Analytics (US)
About The Position
We are looking for a Global Head of Advanced Analytics who is Collaborative, Curious, and Impact‑oriented to join our Integrated Insights team. You will nurture a global advanced analytics vision that strengthens how UCB creates value for patients. You will enable data‑led decision making, foster the use of advanced analytics and responsible artificial intelligence, and help transform complex questions into meaningful, human‑centred insights. You will shape how UCB balances scientific depth with patient‑focused understanding, ensuring that insights support better choices across the full lifecycle of our assets. You will collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary community across Integrated Insights, Patient Evidence, Patient Solutions, and Patient Impact. You will work closely with insight partners, global and regional stakeholders, and colleagues across scientific, commercial, and technical domains. You will be part of an environment that values curiosity, shared learning, and co‑creation to deliver integrated insights that matter for patients.
Requirements
- 13-15+ years of experience enabling advanced analytics, data science, and artificial intelligence
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to translate complex needs into actionable insight opportunities
- Experience working in matrix environments with multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with curiosity and structured thinking
- Ability to interpret model outputs and identify potential model limitations
- Experience fostering talent development and collaborative team cultures
