Workshop Facilitation: Lead and facilitate intensive Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping workshops at both the plant and departmental levels to identify bottlenecks and optimize production flow. Strategic Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end execution of improvements identified during VSM sessions, ensuring sustained follow-through and measurable gains in operational efficiency. Workforce Development: Serve as a mentor and educator to a diverse workforce, effectively upskilling both hourly team members and salaried leadership in the practical application of Lean tools. Continuous Improvement Advocacy: Promote a rigorous Lean culture by demonstrating the direct impact of Lean applications on manufacturing performance and organizational goals.
