Requirements

4+ years of experience supporting Global Force Management (GFM), force sourcing, force allocation, readiness, or operational planning activities within the Department of War
4+ years of experience supporting Joint, Combatant Command, Service, or Space Force planning activities, including the Joint Planning Process (JPP), Adaptive Planning and Execution (APEX), campaign planning, or contingency planning.
1+ years of experience integrating space capabilities into joint or combined operations, including support to geographic Combatant Commands
Knowledge of GFM policies, processes, and authorities governing force assignment, allocation, apportionment, and employment
Ability to analyze force requirements, readiness, and operational risk to develop recommendations supporting global force employment and synchronization
Ability to coordinate and synchronize activities across Combatant Commands, Military Services, Joint Staff, Space Force organizations, and interagency or allied partners
Ability to prepare executive-level briefings, decision papers, and written products to support senior military and civilian leaders
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting the Joint Staff, a Combatant Command, or a Space Component Field Command
Experience supporting U.S. Space Force operations, planning, or force presentation
Experience coordinating with interagency, allied, or coalition partners
Experience using DoD operational planning, readiness, or force management systems and tools
Knowledge of Global Force Management Allocation Plan (GFMAP) processes and Joint force sourcing
Master's degree
