About The Position

The EF Global Trainee Program | Finance is an 18-24 month rotational program designed to provide broad exposure to various finance areas and EF executive staff. It places talented individuals in three different roles across several business units, with most rotations in Cambridge, MA, one guaranteed international rotation, and a potential fourth rotation. The program involves a steep learning curve with increasing ownership and challenging tasks, exposure to diverse business units from established products to startup-like projects, and opportunities to develop skills for future leadership. Upon successful completion, trainees are guaranteed a challenging position in one of EF's global finance hubs. Requirements

  • University degree in finance, accounting or other relevant major
  • 0-2 years of full time work experience or Master’s degree equivalent
  • Exceptional analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Entrepreneurial spirit

Responsibilities

  • Explore roles in Financial Analysis and Planning, Pricing and Cost Control, Business Analytics and Strategy, Accounting, Finance Transformation, and more
  • Participate in international summits with fellow program participants from around the world, to further your professional development and build a close network of EF professionals
  • Receive ongoing mentorship and support from our senior finance management
  • Gain exposure to our business units, including Language schools, Academic degrees, Cultural exchange programs, and Educational travel
  • Take on a variety of leadership positions and help drive the business from day one
