About The Position

The EF Global Trainee Program | Finance is an 18-24 month rotational program designed to provide broad exposure to various finance areas and EF executive staff. It places exceptionally talented individuals in three different roles across several business units within the organization. Most rotations are based at EF's North American Headquarters in Cambridge, MA, with one guaranteed rotation abroad and a potential fourth rotation.
